Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional, proactive customer service on the retail floor, in the fitting rooms, and at the cash counters.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with replenishment and inventory management, ensuring sizes and styles are always available for customers.
- Acquire deep knowledge of our seasonal collections and trend directions to provide personalized styling advice.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members and store management to achieve monthly store sales targets.
- Adhere to all store policies, loss prevention guidelines, and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly advantageous, but passion is key.
- A genuine interest in fashion, styling, and keeping up with the latest global trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while multitasking effectively.
