Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
- Perform accurate and efficient cashiering duties, handling cash and digital transactions.
- Restock merchandise promptly and ensure price tags are correctly displayed.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving deliveries.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find what they need.
- Follow all company safety, health, and security policies to maintain a safe store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be physically fit to handle stock movement and shelving tasks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle enquiries patiently.
- Reliable, honest, and hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
