In this role, you will be the face of the Fossil brand. You will not only assist our customers in finding the perfect accessory but also contribute to our store's success by driving sales and maintaining our premium visual standards. We are looking for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves engaging with diverse customers, and is committed to achieving team KPIs through proactive sales techniques.
Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Proactively engage with store visitors to build brand loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, ensuring displays align with Fossil’s global brand guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle stock replenishment efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and stock room organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Fossil product collections and feature updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field; retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base.
- A genuine passion for fashion, accessories, and the Fossil brand identity.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Energetic, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with modern point-of-sale systems.
