Responsibility
- Drive store sales performance, achieve challenging targets, and maximize profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a passionate retail team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every visitor receives personalized service and expert product knowledge.
- Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to optimize store performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and contribute to the recruitment and training of new team members.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards reflect the Fossil brand image and create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven retail management experience, preferably in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and coach a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in retail operational procedures, including POS systems, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by a dynamic retail environment.
