As a Korean-speaking Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to SMB clients, helping them leverage Google Cloudâs innovative tools to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and scale their businesses. Your fluency in Korean and English will be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients in Korea and across Asia.

Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients in the APAC region, with a focus on Korean-speaking markets, to drive adoption and retention of Google Workspace and Cloud solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Support) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of Google Cloud and Workspace tools.
- Monitor client usage and performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize their cloud experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Google Cloudâs latest features and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Contribute to sales strategies by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the SMB segment.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in the cloud computing or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SMB business needs and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.) and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Passion for technology and a desire to help businesses innovate and grow with cloud solutions.
