Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in Mandarin-speaking markets through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
