Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track progress against targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to forecast demand, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to senior management, influencing sales strategies and operational improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales pipeline health, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with business goals.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in sales operations and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
