Responsibility
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track progress against targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to forecast demand, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to senior management, influencing sales strategies and operational improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate sales pipeline health, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with business goals.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in sales operations and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
