Responsibility
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in Bali.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement sales strategies and client acquisition plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to internal and external audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to recommend innovative solutions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills in negotiation, communication, and business development.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, business growth, and customer engagement.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); additional fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings or events as needed.
