Responsibility
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market share in Indonesia’s Oil & Gas and Heavy Equipment sectors.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships, tenders, and client acquisitions.
- Act as the primary liaison between HQ and Indonesian operations, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key stakeholders, including government entities and private enterprises.
- Conduct market analysis to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated commercial solutions and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business sustainability.
- Oversee pricing strategies, bid management, and contract compliance to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Management within Oil & Gas, Heavy Equipment, or Industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of market entry, revenue growth, and large-scale deal closures in Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian business culture, regulations, and industry networks.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional regional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Strategic thinker with analytical, financial acumen, and P&L management experience.
