Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive high-ticket sales.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, emails, and networking strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales, B2B sales, or luxury product sales (minimum 2+ years of experience).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
