Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the General Trade sector.
  • Identify and onboard new accounts, expanding market coverage and driving revenue growth across Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, gather insights, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive pricing to position Neutrovis as a market leader.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or General Trade sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to proactively seek and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
