Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations to close deals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients during the sales process and post-sale.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain them in simple terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
