Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s construction and infrastructure sectors, including government tenders and private developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and emerging trends in Bali’s real estate and construction industries.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal) to ensure proposals are technically sound, commercially viable, and compliant with regulations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable and sustainable projects for CSCEC.
- Monitor project pipelines and provide regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Represent CSCEC at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale projects or tenders, preferably in Southeast Asia or Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s construction market, including regulatory frameworks, key players, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to analyze financial data, market trends, and project feasibility to inform strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
