Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client feedback with business strategies.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues proactively to maintain high levels of service.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or sales roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
