Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections for home improvement projects.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of CW Home Depot’s product range, including tools, materials, and home solutions, to offer accurate recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Participate in product training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and promotions.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking, to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
