Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s wellness and healthcare markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, wellness centers, and corporate clients.
  • Create and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to potential clients and senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Traditional Chinese Medicine or the wellness industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Singapore.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is an advantage.
