Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Baliās wellness and healthcare markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, wellness centers, and corporate clients.
- Create and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to potential clients and senior management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with Traditional Chinese Medicine or the wellness industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Singapore.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is an advantage.
