Responsibility
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients’ financial needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on life, health, and investment-linked insurance products with clarity and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio through proactive follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by leveraging provided leads and personal networks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes through Pru Life UK’s training programs.
- Prepare and submit accurate client documentation and policy applications in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and optimize sales strategies.
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with company policies and local insurance regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy (email, video calls, CRM tools) and reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to complete Pru Life UK’s mandatory training and licensing requirements (fully sponsored).
- Prior sales, customer service, or financial advisory experience is a plus but not required.
- Reside in or near Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with legal eligibility to work in Indonesia.
- Availability to dedicate 15–25 hours per week to client engagements and administrative tasks.
