Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Bali region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure team alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budget proposals to stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG, health, or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
