Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio of contractors, builders, and homeowners in Bali’s key markets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our plastic roofing solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Provide customized solutions to clients based on their project requirements and budget.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new leads and expand market reach.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to position our offerings effectively.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and post-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, roofing, or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and existing networks are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
