Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the industrial and construction sectors across Bali
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate equipment solutions
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that address client requirements
  • Perform product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining profit margins
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product information and specifications
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, construction machinery, or related technical fields
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex equipment specifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
