Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to align client needs with company capabilities.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and client engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and reports tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately in CRM systems for tracking and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in client relations, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Passion for building relationships and a genuine interest in understanding client needs.
