Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
- Engage with customers through in-store promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions with brand messaging.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to management.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
