Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the Bali cluster, focusing on key segments such as corporate, leisure, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and luxury travel.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence to drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, event planners, and corporate partners to secure long-term business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and enhance guest experiences.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards while delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Represent Far East Hospitality at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management and recommending corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the luxury hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market, preferably in Southeast Asia or Bali.
  • Strong understanding of MICE, corporate, and leisure travel segments, with experience in contract negotiation and revenue management.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Opera SFA) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
