Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to position the company as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome sales challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
