Responsibility
- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, contractors, and facility managers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, tailoring solutions to meet project requirements.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, highlighting Daikin’s HVAC solutions and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and logistics) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide post-sales support, including project coordination, installation oversight, and after-sales service to ensure client retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and Daikin’s latest product innovations to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably in HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and building automation (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
