Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Create and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali market is highly advantageous.
