Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s transportation and logistics sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Create and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and client deliverables.
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, while tracking and reporting on performance metrics.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in transportation, logistics, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; fluency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
