Responsibility
- Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Liaise with clients to clarify technical requirements and ensure solutions align with their business needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth handover of sold solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, sales pipelines, and deal progress.
- Assist in market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for IT solutions.
- Prepare sales reports and analytics to track performance and inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain IT solutions clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with system integration, software, or hardware solutions is a plus.
