Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali’s key regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching teams to success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast trends.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and adapt to evolving market demands.
