As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's market presence, building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners. Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for medical devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of medical devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
