Responsibility

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market reach in Bali and beyond.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
