Responsibility
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market reach in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Bali business ecosystem is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
