Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for IT hardware products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Train and mentor sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Represent Supertone at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in IT or Engineering is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT hardware or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware products, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
