Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in Bali’s key business districts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in B2B or direct sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
