Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to companies, factories, and potential clients in Bali to promote and sell Paiho Indonesiaās products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or industrial product sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
