Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking to expand the client portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that highlight our servicesâ value.
- Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations to position our services effectively.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and generate new business leads.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions to refine our offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for closing deals.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media) is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
