Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector, focusing on B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
