Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for heavy equipment spare parts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and expanding the client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including timely responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of spare parts to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment, machinery, or automotive spare parts industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment spare parts and their applications is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
