Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments for clients to identify their short-term and long-term financial goals.
- Develop personalized financial plans, including insurance, investment, and retirement strategies.
- Present and explain financial products (e.g., life insurance, health insurance, investment plans) in a clear and compelling manner.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and reviews.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and AXA Mandiri’s product offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively prospecting and converting leads into loyal clients.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to share best practices and contribute to team success.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven sales or client service experience, particularly in financial services, banking, or insurance (advantageous).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with financial planning software is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., AAJI, CFP) as required by the company.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a bonus.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
