Responsibility
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to acquire, expand, and retain clients in the Bali region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Bali market or willingness to relocate.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
