PT Lampbond Indonesia, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality LED lighting solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the modern trade sector, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with key retailers and distributors in the electrical and lighting industry.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, market penetration, and brand visibility. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the modern trade sector for electrical and LED lighting products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive growth in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to retain and grow key accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the electrical, lighting, or modern trade industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
