Responsibility

  • Manage inbound leads through CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and live chat to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the UK sales team to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel efficiently.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales metrics in the CRM.
  • Develop and implement outbound follow-up strategies to re-engage warm leads.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, customer service, or lead nurturing (1+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral, professional accent.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
  • Availability to align with UK business hours (flexible shifts may be required).
  • Passion for the education sector and helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom).
