In this role, you will collaborate with a high-performing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our H&B portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, Health & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare solutions in the region.

Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Health & Benefits sector across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose tailored H&B solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Track and report on business development KPIs, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the insurance, healthcare, or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of Health & Benefits products, services, and market dynamics in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
