Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets in Bali’s market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to tailor solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to position SLS solutions effectively.
- Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Document sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in technical sales, B2B sales, or solutions engineering (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of smart technologies, IoT, or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta for client meetings.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (KITAS/KITAP holders or Indonesian citizens preferred).
