Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your strategic approach will contribute to increasing the Share of Wallet across all segments of the customer’s supply chain, while leveraging your expertise in logistics and sales to drive revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in the logistics sector.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability and client value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
