Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Prior experience in the Indonesian market or Bali-based clients is a plus.
