Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new merchant accounts and expand the existing portfolio in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, activation, and support for merchants.
  • Monitor and analyze merchant performance metrics to optimize portfolio health and profitability.
  • Provide consultative support to merchants, offering tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on merchant acquisition, activation rates, and revenue performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with merchant services, payment solutions, and financial products is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
