Responsibility
- Drive AI Sales Growth: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Google Cloudâs AI/ML products, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Develop GTM Strategies: Partner with marketing and product teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for AI solutions in APAC.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, identifying AI use cases and aligning Google Cloudâs offerings with business objectives.
- Solution Demonstration: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of Googleâs AI tools (e.g., Vertex AI, Generative AI, AutoML) to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for AI-related cloud services.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation to position Google as a leader.
- Collaborate Internally: Work with Google Cloud engineers, data scientists, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client insights to inform product development and improve Googleâs AI offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years in enterprise software sales, preferably in AI, cloud computing, or SaaS (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure experience is a plus).
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics. Ability to discuss technical details with engineers and business value with executives.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of developing long-term client relationships at the executive level.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and the ability to navigate regional business cultures.
- Consultative Selling: Experience in solution-selling methodologies, with the ability to map client pain points to Google Cloudâs AI solutions.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical certifications are advantageous.
- Communication: Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
- Remote Readiness: Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment from Bali.
