Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, focusing on contract renewals, upselling, and retention strategies.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails in Mandarin and English to engage clients, address concerns, and negotiate terms.
- Analyze customer data to identify renewal risks and opportunities, proposing tailored solutions to improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, customer support) to ensure seamless contract transitions and service delivery.
- Develop and implement retention campaigns to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, renewals, and financial agreements in CRM systems.
- Provide monthly performance reports on renewal rates, revenue impact, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our services effectively.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in collections, renewals, customer retention, or account management (B2B preferred).
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/retention targets in a KPI-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
