Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for semiconductor equipment and products in the Indonesian market.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries, including electronics manufacturing, R&D, and semiconductor fabrication.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to guide business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position Zen Voce as a market leader.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor, electronics, or capital equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex semiconductor equipment and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally internationally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
