Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand within the industrial, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors in Bali.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in SMEs and large enterprises to present Samora Group’s product portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, negotiations, and relationship-building.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide post-sales support to foster long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or industrial products.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Existing network in Bali’s SME or industrial sectors is a significant advantage.
